The Novation Launchkey Mini mk3 is your ticket to on-the-go creation with Ableton. This miniature controller is über functional, has useful features, and easily fits in your backpack. It has 25 synth-action mini keys and 16 velocity-sensitive RBG pads that you can use to play your way. You can use the illuminated pads to play samples, trigger loops, and control drums. The Launchkey Mini mk3 USB Midi Controller is designed to work seamlessly with Ableton Live. Even if you use a different DAW, your new Launchkey will work with it. No matter what you’re creating, your Launchkey will handle it like a champion.

I am happy with this product from novation.
Extremely portable ,light and compact, which suit my needs.
I am able to carry this mini keyboard and a laptop easily to Starbucks and start jamming some music.
I love this product very much.
I would recommend people who are a music producer like me to have one in possession as a portable midi keyboard 🎹

I've been using it for a week for music production on FL Studio and I can definitely say it's worthwhile if you can get some scripts / templates made for FL Studio.
If you're using this for DAWs like Ableton (which it is made for), Reason, or Logic, it definitely has native support for a majority of its functions. If you're like me who uses FL Studio, I can give future buyers some things they can do to make it optimal for FL. I won't give the steps but here are the scripts & templates I used to make this usable on FL Studio:
1. Novation Launchkey Mini MK3 scripts by Neso [Can be found on Image Line forums] [Free]
2. Albe's Novation Launchkey Mini MK3 Components' Sound Kit [$12 USD ~ RM50]
The first script allows you to use your Launchkey Mini's input as some hotkeys or shortcuts to do certain things like Mute/Solo, show Playlist rack / Channel rack etc. The second script makes your Drumpad viable to use in FL as it keys all 16 Drumpads to each channel, thus allowing you to quickly record your beats on the fly (Without this script, you can't play multiple instruments with the Drumpads)
For the review, this controller is amazing once you get all the scripts I mentioned above. My workflow on FL Studio has never been any smoother.
For any future buyers, I highly recommend getting this regardless of what DAW you are using given that it is one of the better budget MIDI controllers (for FL Studio users, the scripts will help you a lot, trust me).
Update: Novation just released the FL Keys MIDI controller with native support for FL Studio 20 so go check that out instead of this.

My first midi purchase for my studies recommended by the salesperson; its very light n easy to move around. The software's that comes with it, really helps me to learn and progress with it. The pads are really sensitive and the overall sensation is to have a very solid and durable.
