In the early 2000s, a new era of high-gain Orange Amplification tone was ushered in with the Rockerverb series of electric guitar amplifiers. The all-tube Rocker 15 is the culmination of over a decade of fine-tuning that game-changing amplifier. The 15 offers an easy-to-use clean channel and a dirty channel that will take you anywhere from classic British crunch to the very heaviest in modern metal. Add in power scaling and switchable attenuation, and there's nowhere the Orange Rocker 15 can't take you.

I encouraged my significant other to get me this for Christmas, and I was blown away. It is replacing a late 1980's vintage Fender Super 60, a 60 watt combo amp, all tube that is sweet, but alas it is WAY TOO LOUD for my office/den.
I needed something that gave good sound at much lower volumes, without compromising that sweet tube vibe, and I gravitated to the Orange Rocker. The price is fair for an all tube amp, the single 8" speaker is quite nice sounding, and the amp has two power levels, "full" and "half" that cuts the 15 watts to 7 watts. Furthermore, there is a "bedroom" and "headroom" switch on the back of the cabinet that cuts the output to 1.5 watts, and that allows you to drive the preamp to a sweet, creamy distortion without causing permanent hearing loss. Bliss.
There are two channels, a clean channel with only a volume control and a dirty channel that has tone knobs for bass, mids and treble, as well as an overdrive knob. The sound of the dirty channel is quite good, very flexible. If you want an 1980's hair metal crunch, or a fat Memphis sound, or a shimmery jazz sound on the edge, you can dial it right in.
The one thing it lacks that the Fender had is an onboard reverb unit. The Fender had a spring tank, that I sorta liked, but it was very one dimensional. I will likely add a good reverb pedal to my signal chain and be done with it.
In summary, it is all I could have ever wanted in an amp, versatile, great sounds, and all that tube deliciousness. The Fender is being sold.
Real British tone. This is awesome amplifier. Excellent quality. Even maid overseas. Orange has unique tone. Very creamy not cut the ears.
The tone is great. The versatility of running different power outputs is very convenient for home practicing/playing. I can run this amp at 1W and it is loud enough for band rehearsal. More importantly, I can run higher volume at that wattage to get some gorgeous tones. Couldn't be happier with the tone, versatility and performance. You get what you pay for.
I own the Rocker 15 and love it so much, I plan on upgrading to the Rocker 32 to get the stereo effect. The Rocker 32 is the same tonally as the 15 and my Rocker 15 is my favorite amp. (I own quite a few nice Fender and Marshall tube amps from large to small). Never owned an Orange until yesterday and WOW am I impressed. This is by far the best bedroom to stage amp currently made... the Natural (clean) channel is amazing and the dirty channel goes from clean to high gain and everything in between. Never considered and Orange before.. didn't; impress me in the store, but took a chance and ordered it and after comparing it in my home studio to my other amps - wow, super impressed. Happy Orange convert :-)
Update 12/19: Have sold my Orange 15. Nothing wrong with the amp at all but found it a bit stiff with the 10” speaker... eventually moved to a Fender 68’ Custom Deluxe Reverb for a bit more feel... but today just purchased a Strymon Iridium... was not a digital modeling fan but it sounds amazing and has a headphone out for late night practice.
