The Yamaha LJ16 ARE Electro Acoustic Guitar is ideal for a wide range of playing styles from strumming to lead. The five-ply neck design translates into resistance to twisting and warping. The application of the Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (ARE) technology, which involves manipulation of the molecular properties of tonewoods, renders excellent tonal balance. The top of this guitar is constructed out of solid Engelmann spruce, which produces complex and overtone-rich sounds. The modified non-scalloped bracing pattern helps enhance low-end tone. This guitar is adorned by golden Yamaha machine heads for visual appeal. The Passive piezo pickup ensures a faithful reproduction of the guitar's natural acoustic tone.
