If you're an Xotic pedal user, Music Bliss has a device that instantly delivers higher voltage, and consequently, more headroom, dynamic range, high end, clarity, and punch. The Xotic Voltage Doubler takes 9-volt DC and boosts it up to 15 or 18 volts DC. Voltage Doubler will make your bass, for instance, sound commanding and authoritative through Xotic Bass BB Preamp and Bass RC Booster pedals. Plug the power adapter into your power source, switch the voltage to either 15 volts or 18 volts, and plug into your pedal. The Xotic Voltage Doubler will deliver dependable, clean, quiet power. And you'll be delighted with your sound.

Pricey for what it is, but does the job.

Worked perfect. I used it with a 1-Spot 9v power supply that runs my pedalboard and I use this to run my MXR 10-band EQ (in 18v mode). The only annoying things are: the gratuitously bright blue LED and the tiny 15v-18v switch. The LED is impractically bright for use on a dark stage if its facing up at all. Also, I would like the switch to have a more positive 'click' as I worry that it may be easily bumped into 15v mode.
Its honestly a bit pricey for being a voltage doubler, but other than expensive brick-type power supplies with dedicated 18v outputs or using an entirely separate 18v power supply, this is kind of the only game in town if you need 18v and want to keep your pedalboard power distribution simple.

A must have

If you try this with a pedal that can take 18v, you will not go back. I can't believe the difference it makes on my Sp Compressor and EP booster. So much more open sounding. I want a bunch of these things now!
