On a digital piano, the model and serial number are printed on the name plate on the underside of the keybed.
On an upright piano, you will find the model number on the right hand side of the frame, and the serial number is stamped on the frame around the middle of the piano, normally in line with the middle octave of the piano.
Grand pianos are similar, with the model number being on the right hand side of the front of the frame, in line with the 7th octave. The serial number can be found just to the left of the model number in most cases.

The trade-in program is open to all customers who own a piano and wish to trade it in for a newer model from our inventory.

The Trade-In Value/ Cash Rebate will be credited into your bank account within 3-5 working days after the delivery of new piano and collection of the old piano is completed.
The trade-in value is final and non-negotiable.
Pianos accepted for trade-in must be free of liens or other encumbrances, and the customer must provide proof of ownership.
Pianos must be in functional condition. Non-functional or heavily damaged pianos may be declined or offered a nominal value.
Upon acceptance of the trade-in offer, we will arrange for the removal of the old piano at no additional cost.
Delivery of the new Kawai piano will be coordinated and scheduled, without additional charges (for ground floor level).
The trade-in program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
Each customer is limited to one trade-in transaction per new piano purchase.
The Company reserves the rights to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
The trade-in piano will not be returned to the customer once the transaction is finalized.
The new piano purchased will be covered under our standard warranty and return policies.
Customer information and details of the trade-in transaction will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the trade-in program.
