Shipping FAQ

Home Delivery

We have partnered with reliable shipping companies, including Pos Laju, DHL, GD Express, City-Link Express, and Freight Mark, to offer shipping services for all orders nationwide.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can conveniently track your package. Keep in mind that this delivery option may require someone to sign for the parcel, regardless of its size.

Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days for West Malaysia and 3–4 weeks for East Malaysia via sea shipping. However, there may be unforeseen delays that are beyond our control. Nonetheless, you can still expect your products to be delivered within approximately 5–6 working days from the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Processing times may take up to 5–6 business days, and courier shipping times may take an additional 5–6 working days.

Be aware that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods, and additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.

Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only)

With our same-day delivery service, you can get your much-needed item(s) delivered within the day via Grab and LalaMove!

The process is as follows:

    1. Add item to cart and continue to check out

    2. After filling up the information, select Shipping ( Whole Malaysia ) or Lalamove Grab Service ( Klang Valley [ PJ/KL ] ) and "Continue to Shipping."

    3. Under shipping, select “Lalamove/Grab (Same Day Delivery).”

    4. Once done, our representatives will contact you for the delivery arrangement via Lalamove/Grab

Note that orders placed before 5:00 pm will be eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will have delivery arranged for the following day.

For pre-orders and items that require 24 hours to arrange, delivery will be arranged once stock arrives.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

You can now place an order on our website and collect your item at our store!

The process is as follows:

    1. Add item to cart and continue to check out

    2. After filling up the information, select “Pick Up / Self Collection” and "Continue to Payment."

    3. Once done, our representatives will contact you for the in-store pickup arrangements

Note that changes will not be allowed once your order is confirmed. Additionally, if you have yet to collect your product within the collection period, we will refund your order, and your order may be returned to our warehouse.

International Shipping

Due to certain brand restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship specific products overseas. To avoid incurring additional costs, please contact us before making your order so that we can confirm the option's availability before assisting you!

We primarily use Aramex, FedEX, and EMS for international orders.
