General Terms & Conditions:
- All trade-ins are only accepted at Music Bliss.
- All trade-ins are subject to in-store inspection and appraisal by our staff.
- Only fully functional guitars in decent, playable condition are accepted.
- Broken, cracked, warped necks or severely damaged guitars will not be accepted.
- Refinished guitars or guitars with multiple stickers concealing the original finish will not be accepted.
- Cosmetic wear (e.g. scratches, small dings) may be accepted at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in for any reason.
- Only one (1) guitar can be traded in for each new purchase.
- Trade-in value is credited only toward the purchase of a new guitar from our store.
- Not redeemable for cash or store credit unless otherwise stated.
- Once the trade-in is finalized and a new guitar is purchased, all sales are final.
Fender Trade-In:
- Fender American Series guitars: eligible for RM4,000 – RM5,000 trade-in value.
- Fender Mexico & Japan Series guitars: eligible for RM2,000 – RM3,000 trade-in value.
Epiphone Trade-In:
- A valid original receipt is required for all Epiphone trade-ins.
- Only receipts from authorized Epiphone dealers in Malaysia are accepted:

- The Guitar Store
- CK Music
- Music Outlet
- Jamcrew Music Studio
- Active Music
- If the receipt is from an unauthorized seller or overseas purchase, the trade-in cannot proceed.
- Only receipts from authorized Epiphone dealers in Malaysia are accepted:
- Inspired by Gibson Series
- Inspired by Gibson Custom Series
- Artist Signature Series
- Limited Edition Models
- If a customer claims to have purchased from Music Bliss but has no receipt, we will verify against our invoice system.
- If no record is found in our system, the trade-in cannot proceed.
- Verbal claims without proof are not valid.
