We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Customer Service & Administration Executive. The ideal candidate will be the friendly face of our company, providing excellent customer service while handling various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting customers, and supporting our showroom sales team and warehouse team in day-to-day customer service, customer’s orders & logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requirements & deal with the logistics & orders requests.
Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience & skills in Fronk Desk Reception/ Concierge/ Customer Service/ Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation
Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
