It's quite sturdy. There's rubber under the base to help absorb some vibrations too. It'd be nice if it was a bit shorter, but it's been good enough for me.
I really like the sturdiness. Not flimsily like other mic stands
Needed something a bit taller than a tripod, and decided an adjustable was the one to get.
But, I don't ever really use the adjustment. I keep it at the lowest height because it is a tad tall there already. But at that height I have my mic sitting perfectly in-line with my face, which is perfect for my dynamic mic.
It's plenty sturdy, even with a nearly 2 lb mic on top, it would take some force to knock it over. Has a rubber piece on the bottom that keeps it in place, but also minimizes any feedback from desk slamming.
Nice to have cable clip, and plenty of room to throw on any shock stand, pop filter, or other accessories.
Overall, great stand. Couldn't be happier.
