sE Electronics DynaCaster DCM6 Dynamic Broadcast Microphone

A superb addition to the DynaCaster studio mic series, the sE Electronics DCM6 Broadcast Microphone is a hot-rodded take on the DCM3’s elegant, straightforward features, complete with a cardioid pattern that keeps unwanted noise at bay. From podcasts and streams to voiceover and vocals, the DCM6 delivers bold performance with an extra +30dB of transparent gain on tap — enough to put any voice front and center! A built-in Dynamite preamp eliminates all need for cumbersome inline preamps while lowering the DCM6’s noise floor for cleaner-than-clean audio. Moreover, this microphone delivers its full potential right out of the box — no extra accessories are needed, save for a mic stand or boom. A built-in pop filter tamps down on harsh syllables and plosives, while a patented built-in shockmount guards audio against footfalls, handling noise, and distracting ambient vibrations. Music Bliss content creators of all stripes find this inclusive design convenient and effective in terms of keeping video clean and unobstructed by bulky aftermarket accessories. However, if you’re simply recording audio, the DCM6 is more than up to the task! And to sweeten the deal, the DCM6’s interior gold-plated contacts, dent-proof metal housing, and corrosion-free finish guarantee years of reliable use inside and out.
