Since launching our AT-LP70X series turntables, we have received some customer feedback related to record skipping. After a detailed quality assurance review, we have determined that these problems were caused by an inconsistent application of lubricant to the tonearm assembly affecting a very small number of units. We have corrected this inconsistency and have established solutions for affected units.
